What We Do

We’re on a mission to fund additional resources to support staff, students, and parents at Stone Ranch.

Our Mission

Classroom Aides

Our Kindergarten classes can have up to 26 students per classroom. Aides ensure that teachers can maintain focus on the needs of each child and provide additional targeted small group reading, writing, and phonics instruction.

Impact Teachers

Grades 1-5 receive additional support from the work of credentialed Impact Teachers, one per grade level. These passionate teachers engage with students in small group settings providing remediation as well as acceleration/challenge instruction in math, reading, and writing depending upon grade level determined areas of need. Impact teachers also provide structured after school homework support for selected students.

Phys. Ed. Program

PE Instructional aides serve as coaches, providing our students benefit from well-planned and varied physical activities and games year round. We currently employ one enthusiastic and energetic part-time coach, who serves K-5.

Teacher Release

Teacher release time is provided twice a year to meet one-on-one with students for the administration of individualized assessments as well as goal setting.

Clubs

Our school clubs give students a fun and supportive way to explore their interests, make new friends, and grow beyond the classroom. Through the generous support of our parent-led Foundation, funding gaps are bridged to help make clubs like Sprint Squad, Math Olympiad, and Debate Club possible on campus. This support allows students to stay active, build confidence, strengthen problem-solving skills, and develop communication skills in enriching, hands-on ways.

Sponsored Events & Programs

SRF also supports and sponsors school-wide events and programs that bring our community together in meaningful and memorable ways. These fun, inclusive events create opportunities for families to connect, celebrate school spirit, and support our students, while also raising essential funds that are reinvested back into our school and programs.

And More…

The Stone Ranch Foundation regularly seeks input from both school staff and parents to help identify the most important needs of our students and campus. In the past, this support has included funding for new technology, safety equipment, and other critical resources. By staying flexible and responsive, the Foundation is able to support initiatives that enhance learning and address emerging needs as they arise.
